“My prints are too light”: recommendations
Some of you told us that your prints are sometimes too light. The reason of that is you don’t use the appropriate ribbons. So we recommend to always use Badgy consumables.

Troubles installing the Badgy driver onto Windows 7 ?
Some of you told us that you have trouble installing the driver onto Windows 7. During the install process it sometimes gets placed in the “Unspecified” folder of the printer menu and the Badgy icon gets stuck initializing. The solution to this issue is pretty simple:
- Right click Badgy icon in Unspecified folder
- Choose Troubleshoot
- After it runs diagnostic click Apply This Fix
- The printer should successfully install.

Office-Card recommendation
Please note that 2007-2010 is not backward compatible with 2003
When a file generated by Excel 2003 (.xls) is opened in Excel 2007 or 2010, it is automatically resaved in .xlsb format. This is an irreversible operation: you will no longer be able to open your original file in Excel 2003.
If you work in a company that uses different versions of Microsoft Office, make sure you keep separate files for use with each version, i.e. a .xls file for Office 2003 and a .xlsb file for Office 2007-2010.
